Cognitive Report

Find the patterns behind your chess mistakes.

Review recurring issues in your analyzed games, the candidate moves you recorded in Thinking Path, and your linked practice. Open the positions behind each finding before deciding what to work on.

Included on Free and Pro. Viewing a report uses saved evidence and does not consume Decodes.

REPORT CONTENTS · NOT STUDENT DATA

Evidence before conclusions.

Games · recorded decisions · practice

Each finding names its sample, shows the source position, and explains what remains uncertain. No invented scores or student rankings.

PRIVATE REPORT · READ-ONLY MENTOR ACCESS

Three separate sources

Know what the evidence actually shows.

  1. Games

    Recurring decisions, with real positions

See how many personal games and positions support an issue. Filter game source and time control. Incomplete analysis is disclosed, not treated as proof that you made no mistakes.

  2. Thinking

The moves you considered and chose

Thinking Path records your candidates and final choice. Curated references and engine references are labeled separately. A different move is not automatically a bad move.

  3. Practice

What has been practiced and what is due

Review the current status of repair positions linked to your games. Repeating the same position is follow-up, not independent proof of improvement.

For players and mentors

Bring the evidence to your next lesson.

Mentors can open read-only reports for students on their active roster. Removing the connection also removes report access.

What is shared?
Report findings, relevant chess positions, candidate moves, final choices, and linked practice status. Private notes and Coach conversations are excluded.
What if I have little data?
The report explains the missing coverage and shows only supported observations. Import personal games or complete Thinking Path exercises to add evidence.
Is this a diagnosis?
No. These are chess-specific observations, not a medical assessment or a validated measure of cognitive ability.
Does refreshing run AI?
No. Reading and refreshing reuse saved records. New game analysis and Coach requests keep their normal allowances.
